What is not included in Common Household Pest Problems?
Bed bugs, German cockroaches, carpenter ants, whole lawn fire ants, fleas and ticks, rodents, mosquitoes, lawn and ornamental pests, termites, and Wood Destroying Insect Reports each use their own targeted Venus service. Those problems are not included in this one time common household pest service.
German cockroaches require the German Cockroach Control service. American cockroaches and other non German household cockroaches are included here.
Carpenter ants use Carpenter Ant Control. Fire ants throughout the lawn use Fire Ant Control. This common household service covers other common ants and fire ants only within the house dripline.
Those are outdoor specialty problems. Use Flea and Tick Control, Mosquito Control, or Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control so the treatment and warranty match the pest and the area being treated.
Active termite concerns use Termite Control. A Wood Destroying Insect Report, or WDIR, is a separate official real estate inspection report and is not part of this service.
Bed bugs and active rodent problems have their own targeted services and are not included in Common Household Pest Problems.
Send us a clear photo and tell us where you found it. We will identify the likely problem and route you to the right service instead of forcing it into the wrong treatment category.
