Termite and Carpenter Ant Control Program

Texas is in the high risk area for termites and experts recommend Annual Wood Destroying Insect inspections. Luckily, we offer affordable

Fire Ant Control Program

In Texas, this service is a necessity. The service includes 2 whole yard fire ant treatments per year. It also includes unlimited spot treatments by request between regular treatments.

Rodent Control Program

This package includes as many visits as needed to gain control of rats and mice plus 2 visits per year to maintain control. We use trapping, baiting

Flea and Tick Control Program

The flea preventative you put on your pet is only part of the solution. Fleas and ticks also need to be controlled in your pet's environment to really prevent an infestation.

Aphid, Chinch Bug and Grub Control Program

These are the three main insect pests people are concerned with in their yards in Texas. This program was designed with 2 applications per year

Green Option

The green option means we will only use environmentally friendly products and methods unless directed otherwise by you. Green option is available only with Basic Pest and Termite Packages.

One Time Services

Pests are constantly reproducing and re-invading. That's why regular pest control maintenance works the best. However, we do understand some clients only want one-time treatments.

Commercial Pest Control for businesses

Commercial Services

In addition to taking care of your home, we can take care of your business too. Our goal with commercial pest control is to make sure your clients and employees feel safe with what we are doing and that our work and appearance exceeds expectations.

Rental Property and AirBNB Pest Control

Rental Property Services

We offer competitively priced pest control services for rent houses, duplexes and fourplexes. The frequency of service is up to the landlord, but we have had the best results with 2 services per year.

What our customers are saying...

“Venus Pest Company is great! We never have any issues, and they are great working around our 2 dogs. They have a little different philosophy then most places, with a little more focus on environmental safety. I trust Dr. Scott enough to let him have a copy of our house key.”

WIEGEHT

“Venus has been a great service for us and we've been using them for the past several years now. We recently started using the bi-annual fire ant treatment and for us with a large yard we spend lots of time in I can honestly say that after 1-2 're-treats' we've had no fire ants and no hassles getting them to come out in between scheduled visits for any problems.”

RJP

“I'm so glad I'm seeing all of these positive comments! After a billing debacle with another large pest control company here in town, I chose to switch over to Venus Pest Control. I spoke with Jennifer this afternoon who was not only sweet (and certainly didn't mind my screaming toddlers in the background!), but set up an appointment that worked perfectly with our schedule. I hope I'm even more impressed when they come out to do our risk assessment!”

The Preferred Pest Control Partner for 1700+ Homes & Businesses

All products are applied according to the pesticide label in a safe and conscientious manner.  Where possible, we use products that have Reduced Risk Status with the EPA.  We also use baits when appropriate, as baits reduce the amount of active ingredient needed to gain control by 90% or more.  All our programs were developed by our entomologist, Dr. Scott Lingren, using the concept of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). IPM is an ecological approach to pest management that takes into account scientific knowledge and identification of the pests as well as the risks and benefits of pest management actions, giving you the most effective and safest pest control strategies available. In fact, a 2002 research study demonstrated that IPM strategies reduced pesticide use by more than 90% – while remaining incredibly effective. Our Field Service Experts are trained to avoid treating gardens, herbs, toys, pet dishes, etc.

No. Our insecticides are designed to target pests and will not harm your plants when applied correctly.

Bird cages, fish tanks, and reptile terrariums should be covered during treatment.

Other pets can remain out as long as they stay calm and out of the technician’s way. We recommend kenneling overly curious or territorial pets during the service.

Please also remove pet toys, bowls, and dishes from treatment areas.

We typically go inside during the Initial Pest Control service and Termite Inspections.

For mosquito control and basic pest control services, interior access is usually not required. Many customers prefer exterior-only service and experience excellent results.

If interior access is needed, you can leave us a key, provide a garage code, or meet us on site. Indoor treatments generally take no more than 10 minutes.

You only need to leave during indoor flea or bed bug treatments.

For all other services, simply stay off treated areas until the application dries, which usually takes about 20 minutes.
