HomeGard starts with everything in our Quarterly Pest Control. It adds carpenter ant protection, whole lawn fire ant management, and exterior rodent protection for homes in Bryan, College Station, and Brazos County.

$50per month
$145 initial payment at signup. Monthly payments begin 30 days after the initial payment.
Four scheduled services each year. A 12 month service agreement is required. Prices are before 8.25% sales tax.
What HomeGard includes
Broader HomeGard protection in one plan
HomeGard combines quarterly household pest control with carpenter ant coverage, whole lawn fire ant protection, and exterior rodent protection. One plan covers the routine work and qualifying warranty services between scheduled visits.
Carpenter ant protection
Inspection and treatment for carpenter ant activity on or inside the treated structure.
Whole lawn fire ants
Fire ant management across the lawn, not only within the house dripline or at visible mounds.
Two exterior rodent stations
We install two perimeter rodenticide stations and service them at least quarterly.
Practical entry point repairs
We repair accessible small openings with appropriate materials. We refer larger repairs for carpentry.
Warranty services
If covered activity remains or returns between scheduled visits, we provide qualifying warranty service at no additional charge.
What to expect
How the HomeGard Pest Control Plan works
The first service addresses current pest activity and establishes the protection included with the plan. Later visits focus on prevention, seasonal pest pressure, and continued exterior rodent protection.

Inspect and set up protection
We inspect inside and outside, treat covered activity, address lawn fire ants, inspect likely rodent entry points, make appropriate small repairs, and install two exterior rodent stations.

Adjust with the season
Four scheduled visits focus on the household pests, carpenter ants, fire ants, and exterior rodent conditions that matter during that part of the year.

Provide warranty support
If covered activity remains or returns between scheduled visits, contact us. We will arrange qualifying warranty service at no additional charge.
Exterior rodent protection
HomeGard exterior rodent protection with a clear warranty
HomeGard helps keep rats and mice from entering the home. We inspect likely entry points, repair accessible small openings with appropriate materials, and install two rodenticide stations around the perimeter. We service the stations at least quarterly.
If rodents are already active inside when HomeGard begins, removal and corrective work require a separate estimate. If rodents break through after enrollment, we trap them, identify the failure, and correct a failed entry repair at no additional charge. Exterior rodent breach coverage begins after the preventive system is established and continues under the combined year round warranty. Rodents already inside when the plan begins require a separate bid.

How HomeGard changes with pest pressure
HomeGard uses the PerimeterGard approach developed by Dr. Scott Lingren. It is built around Integrated Pest Management, so we identify the pest, understand its biology, and use prevention, monitoring, and targeted treatment where each will do the most good. A 2002 study of an IPM program in federal buildings reported a 93 percent reduction in pesticide use while pest service requests dropped 89 percent.

What the HomeGard Pest Control Plan does and does not cover
HomeGard provides broad protection, but specialized infestations and services still require separate treatment. We explain those boundaries before you enroll.
Rodents already inside
Existing indoor rat or mouse activity requires a separate remediation estimate before the ongoing exterior warranty can begin.
Termite services
HomeGard does not include termite monitoring, termite treatment, or WDIR inspections.
Other specialized pests
German cockroaches, bed bugs, active flea or tick infestations, mosquitoes, wildlife, and other excluded pests require separate service.

The HomeGard Pest Control Plan guarantee
HomeGard has one combined warranty throughout the year and every season for pests and services covered by the plan. We provide warranty service at no additional charge as often as reasonably needed. Routine household pest service aims for at least a 90 percent reduction in listed pests in covered areas. The warranty does not extend to excluded pests, indoor rodent infestations present at enrollment, or repairs requiring another trade. Most treatments need 10 to 14 days to reach full effectiveness. If covered activity remains after that period or returns between scheduled visits, contact us for qualifying warranty service at no additional charge. Exterior rodent protection follows the specific warranty terms explained above. The service agreement controls the full terms and available remedies.

What does the HomeGard Pest Control Plan include?
The plan includes everything in Quarterly Pest Control. It also covers carpenter ants on and inside the treated structure, whole lawn fire ants, and exterior rodent protection.
Do I need to be home for every service?
Usually, no. Most scheduled visits focus on the exterior. If indoor treatment is needed, we will arrange an appointment.
What is included with exterior rodent protection?
We inspect likely entry points, repair accessible small openings with appropriate materials, install two exterior rodenticide stations, and service the stations at least quarterly. Larger repairs are referred for carpentry.
Does HomeGard remove rodents that are already inside?
No. If rat or mouse activity is already present inside when the plan begins, we provide a separate remediation estimate. This allows us to remove the animals and correct the existing problem before the ongoing exterior warranty begins.

Are mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks included?
No. Regular mosquito service and lawn flea and tick prevention are included with YardGard and TotalGard. A separate service can address those pests when needed.
Are there property restrictions or additional charges?
The listed price is for single family homes up to 3,500 square feet on lots up to one quarter acre. Additional charges may apply to larger properties or existing infestations that require separate treatment. We use the house and lot sizes you provide and may reference the Brazos Central Appraisal District when needed. Venus does not routinely measure the property.
