The Quarterly Pest Control is the foundation of our home protection plans. It combines four scheduled visits with seasonally adjusted exterior service, interior treatment when needed, and warranty services for covered pests.
Seasonally adjusted treatments
Each visit focuses on the pests and conditions that matter during that season in Bryan and College Station.
Interior service when needed
Routine visits focus on prevention outside. If a covered pest becomes active indoors, we arrange interior treatment.
Fire ants around the house
Fire ant protection is included within the house dripline. Whole lawn fire ant management requires a separate service or broader plan.
Four scheduled visits
Quarterly service provides year round protection without requiring a treatment inside your home every time we visit.
Warranty services
If a covered pest remains active or returns between scheduled visits, contact us. Qualifying warranty service is provided at no additional charge.

Quarterly Pest Control uses the PerimeterGard approach developed by Dr. Scott Lingren. It is built around Integrated Pest Management, which means we identify the pest, understand its biology, and use prevention, monitoring, and targeted treatment where each will do the most good. The goal is to solve the problem, not simply repeat the same treatment every three months. A 2002 study of an IPM program in federal buildings found a 93 percent reduction in pesticide use while pest service requests dropped 89 percent.

The Quarterly Pest Control is guaranteed to provide at least a 90 percent reduction in covered pest activity for three months after treatment. Most treatments need 10 to 14 days to reach full effectiveness. If you still have trouble with a covered pest after that period, contact us for warranty service at no additional charge. The service agreement controls the full terms and available remedies.

No. The plan is billed at $40 per month, but service is scheduled quarterly for a total of four visits each year.
Do I need to be home for every service?
No. Most scheduled visits focus on the exterior, so you usually do not need to be home. If interior treatment is needed, we will arrange an appointment.
Is interior pest control included?
Yes, when a covered pest is active inside. Interior treatment is not automatically performed during every quarterly visit.
Does the plan treat fire ants across the whole lawn?
No. The Quarterly Pest Control covers fire ants within the house dripline. Whole lawn fire ant service is available separately and through broader plans.
