HELP FOR YOUR PROPERTY
A tenant report or a concern at your Airbnb or VRBO needs a clear response. We’ll discuss the evidence, affected rooms and access with you before quoting.
We’ll send preparation instructions you can share with the occupant. Tenants can contact us for help with the next step and involving their landlord.
Tell us about your rental → HELP AT HOMEFound an insect near the bed or noticed suspicious spotting? We’ll help establish what’s happening and explain what treatment will involve.
You don’t need to have every answer before calling. Tell us what you’ve found and any treatment you’ve already tried.
Tell us about your home →SPECIALIZED BED BUG CONTROL
Bed bugs hide in bed frames, furniture joints, nearby belongings and other small spaces around resting areas. Treating only the place where you first noticed them can leave part of the infestation untouched.
Our approach combines a detailed inspection, treatment of appropriate hiding places and procedures for belongings. We use different insecticide classes to address resistance, with applications limited to the areas permitted by the product labels.
Bed bug control is a separate service from regular quarterly pest control. We inspect and quote each property individually.

Follow the written preparation instructions and arrange interior access. People and pets must leave for treatment and remain out for the specified return period.
We return about 10 to 14 days after treatment to inspect the results and determine whether additional work is needed for the existing infestation.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE
We’ll send written preparation instructions before the appointment. If you’re arranging service for someone else, share them with the tenant, resident or person who will prepare the rooms.
Venus does not perform the preparation. Let us know ahead of time if anything in the instructions will be difficult to complete.
Your written instructions explain the exact steps for your service. Expect to:
We can’t perform the treatment if the required preparation hasn’t been completed.
We need interior access for inspection and treatment. People and pets must leave during treatment and remain out for at least one hour afterward, following any additional instructions we provide.
Treatment can take several hours, depending on the number of rooms and beds. We’ll discuss the expected schedule with you so the household can plan ahead.
COVERAGE FOR THE EXISTING INFESTATION
If the existing infestation hasn’t been controlled within the warranty period, we’ll return for additional treatment at no extra charge.
The warranty requires following the preparation and bagging instructions. It does not cover a new infestation. Bringing in untreated furniture or reintroducing bed bugs from another location can invalidate coverage.
Your service agreement defines the treatment area and applicable warranty terms.
A bite alone can’t confirm bed bugs. Text a clear photo of the insect taken from above, with a coin or ruler nearby for size. Tell us where you found it.
