Persistent German cockroach problems can come down to the treatment protocol, product selection or application techniques. Repeating the same approach may leave the infestation unresolved.
At Venus, treatment is guided by Dr. Scott Lingren, our founder and PhD entomologist. We use modern products and techniques specifically suited to German cockroaches, with treatment directed into the places they hide.
German cockroach control is a separate service from regular quarterly pest control.

Follow the preparation instructions and arrange interior access. A typical house takes about 45 to 60 minutes to treat. Heavy infestations may take longer.
In homes, activity should drop substantially within about two days, with full control usually reached in about ten days. If activity continues after ten days, contact us.
We need access to the inside. For rentals, we’ll coordinate with the owner or manager about the units and who will complete preparation. You don’t have to be there if you arrange a way for us to enter.
We’ll send preparation instructions before the appointment so you can share them with the tenant or whoever will prepare the property. They won’t need to empty the cabinets, but they will need to:
Please make sure preparation is completed before we arrive. We can’t perform the treatment if cleanliness or clutter prevents us from treating properly.
For houses, duplexes and fourplexes when we can treat all units.
For single units when we can’t access the other units.
If expected results are not achieved within the applicable warranty, we’ll return at no additional charge. Return visits are provided when needed, not scheduled automatically.
The warranty does not cover a new infestation brought in through bags, boxes, appliances or an untreated neighboring unit.

No. Our preparation instructions do not require emptying cabinets. We do need access to the areas listed in your instructions, including under sinks and around appliances.
Additional treatment isn’t automatic. We assess it based on the results. If activity continues after ten days, contact us to discuss the next step.
Yes. For rentals, we’ll speak with the owner or manager about preparation and access. An untreated neighboring infestation can affect the results. We’ll explain the applicable coverage before scheduling.
