We contact our clients two times before their scheduled appointments with reminder messages. The first reminder is sent one week in advance and the second reminder is sent two days in advance.

In order to operate in a more earth-friendly way, we will no longer be sending out postcards for the one week reminder. Instead, we are working to convert all accounts to electronic notification.
